Terms & Conditions 

No refunds will be provided if a customer cancels within 7 days of the scheduled charter.

The skipper reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the charter at any time due to weather or safety conditions. In this case, a full refund or reschedule will be offered.

Weather conditions are assessed by the skipper on the day. Light rain or overcast conditions do not automatically result in cancellation.

Full payment is required within 7 days prior to the charter date. Bookings made within 7 days of departure must be paid in full at the time of booking.

Failure to arrive at the agreed departure time may result in cancellation of the trip without refund.

Children under 12 years of age must wear a life jacket at all times while on board.

All passengers must follow the skipper’s safety instructions at all times.

The skipper reserves the right to terminate the trip without refund if a passenger behaves in an unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate manner.

While every effort is made to provide a successful fishing experience, catch cannot be guaranteed.

Passengers must be in suitable health and physical condition for the trip. Please notify us of any medical conditions prior to departure.

Smoking is permitted at the skipper’s discretion. Responsible alcohol consumption is allowed; excessive intoxication will not be tolerated.
